
Achievement Transformation Event on Flexible Electronics Technology (Zhengzhou 2026) & 2026 5th International Conference on Optics and Machine Vision (ICOMV 2026) Concludes Successfully in Zhengzhou!

2026 年 4 月 10 日至 12 日,2026 郑州柔性电子技术成果转化活动暨第五届光学与机器视觉学术会议(ICOMV 2026)在河南大学郑州校区圆满落幕。会议设置了主讲报告、口头报告、海报展示、茶歇交流等环节,吸引了北京大学、哈尔滨工业大学、国防科技大学、北京航空航天大学、东南大学、北师香港浸会大学、南阳理工学院、中航光电科技股份有限公司、郑州航天电子技术有限公司、电科新防务公司、许昌智能继电器股份有限公司、新乡北方车辆仪表有限公司、郑州雷神光电技术研究院等百余家高校、科研院所及企业代表 120 余人参会,共同探讨相关领域的前沿技术与未来趋势。
From April 10 to 12, 2026, the Achievement Transformation Event on Flexible Electronics Technology (Zhengzhou 2026) & 2026 5th International Conference on Optics and Machine Vision (ICOMV 2026) was successfully held at the Zhengzhou Campus of Henan University. The conference featured keynote speeches, oral presentations, poster exhibitions, tea break exchanges and other sessions. It attracted more than 120 representatives from over 100 universities, research institutes and enterprises, including Peking University, Harbin Institute of Technology, National University of Defense Technology, Beihang University, Southeast University, HKBU-BNU United International College, Nanyang Institute of Technology, AVIC Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Aerospace Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Dianke New Defense Company, Xuchang Intelligent Relay Co., Ltd., Xinxiang North Vehicle Instrument Co., Ltd., and Zhengzhou Thor Optoelectronics Technology Research Institute. Participants jointly discussed cutting-edge technologies and future trends in relevant fields.
本次大会在郑州中原科技城管理委员会、河南省科技创新促进中心指导下,由河南大学、哈尔滨工业大学郑州高等研究院、河南省军民融合发展研究院主办,河南省柔性电子产业技术研究院、河南大学柔性电子学院、哈尔滨工业大学航天学院、南阳东方光微研究院、郑州雷神光电技术研究院、南阳光电产业协会、中航光电科技股份有限公司承办。
Guided by the Administrative Committee of Zhengzhou Zhongyuan Science and Technology City and Henan Science and Technology Innovation Promotion Center, the conference was co-hosted by Henan University, Zhengzhou Advanced Research Institute of Harbin Institute of Technology, and Henan Military-Civil Integration Development Research Institute. It was undertaken by Henan Industrial Technology Research Institute of Flexible Electronics, School of Flexible Electronics of Henan University, School of Astronautics of Harbin Institute of Technology, Nanyang Oriental Optoelectronics Micro Research Institute, Zhengzhou Thor Optoelectronics Technology Research Institute, Nanyang Optoelectronics Industry Association and AVIC Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.
大会开幕式由河南大学科学技术研究院副院长王岩主持,河南大学副校长薛波教授代表学校致欢迎辞。他介绍了河南大学 “双一流” 建设、学科科研实力与新工科 “9+3” 战略布局,表明学校将以此次成果转化活动为契机与参会企业深入合作推动技术落地。
The opening ceremony was presided over by Wang Yan, Deputy Dean of the Institute of Science and Technology of Henan University. Professor Xue Bo, Vice President of Henan University, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the university. He introduced Henan University’s "Double First-Class" construction, disciplinary research strengths and the "9+3" strategic layout of emerging engineering disciplines, and stated that the university would take this achievement transformation event as an opportunity to conduct in-depth cooperation with participating enterprises to promote industrialization of technologies.
河南省军民融合发展研究院冯有治院长致辞,介绍了研究院作为新兴创新平台汇聚省内高校、军工院所、企业创新资源,搭建军地需求对接、产学研协同、成果转化桥梁的职能定位,以及聚焦军民两用技术攻关、项目申报、成果评价、军事应用潜力评估、人才培养与智库服务的工作职能。
Dean Feng Youzhi of Henan Military-Civil Integration Development Research Institute delivered a speech. He introduced that as an emerging innovation platform, the institute integrates innovative resources from provincial universities, military research institutes and enterprises, and serves as a bridge linking military and civilian demands, coordinating industry-university-research collaboration and facilitating achievement transformation. Its core work focuses on research of dual-use military-civilian technologies, project application, achievement evaluation, military application potential assessment, talent training and think tank services.
哈尔滨工业大学郑州高等研究院院务委员哈斯乌力吉致辞,介绍了郑高院的科研成果、创新平台建设及在光学与机器视觉领域的重点布局,他表示本次会议搭建了产学研协同创新桥梁,郑高院将以大会为契机深化合作、攻关核心技术、推动成果转化与产业升级,助力郑州先进制造业与区域高质量发展。
Hasuwuliji, Member of the Administrative Committee of Zhengzhou Advanced Research Institute of Harbin Institute of Technology, delivered a speech. He introduced the research achievements, innovation platform construction and key layout in optics and machine vision of the institute. He stated that the conference built a collaborative innovation bridge for industry, university and research sectors. Taking the conference as an opportunity, the institute will deepen cooperation, tackle core technologies, advance achievement transformation and industrial upgrading, and boost the high-quality development of Zhengzhou’s advanced manufacturing industry and regional economy.
中航光电科技股份有限公司副院长孙云飞致辞,指出光电材料、柔性电子与光学机器视觉是产业升级关键力量并介绍了中航光电深耕光电连接领域、布局前沿技术,他强调产学研用协同的重要性,提及河南与郑州的产业政策支持,表明企业将深化地方布局,并提出共筑创新平台、共促成果转化、共育人才梯队、共拓应用场景四项合作愿景。
Sun Yunfei, Vice President of AVIC Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., delivered a speech. He pointed out that optoelectronic materials, flexible electronics and optical machine vision are core driving forces for industrial upgrading, and introduced the company’s long-term engagement in optoelectronic interconnection and layout of cutting-edge technologies. He emphasized the importance of industry-university-research-end user collaboration, mentioned the industrial policy support from Henan Province and Zhengzhou City, and stated that the enterprise will deepen local layout. He also put forward four cooperative visions: jointly building innovation platforms, jointly boosting achievement transformation, jointly cultivating talent teams, and jointly expanding application scenarios.
本次会议分主题报告和平行学术论坛两个阶段。大会主题报告由河南大学蔡国发教授与哈尔滨工业大学郑州高等研究院科研管理与实验设备部部长苑景坤教授分段主持。南阳东方光微研究院院长李智超教授,河南省柔性电子产业技术研究院常务副院长孟鸿教授,哈尔滨工业大学宋波教授,河南师范大学于坤教授,河南大学蔡国发教授,哈尔滨工业大学孙海岳副研究员、中航光电科技股份有限公司高久伟研究员等 7 位专家,先后就透明辐射制冷薄膜技术与器件、量子点短波红外探测技术在现代化军事体系中的应用、稀土铁石榴石单晶薄膜的磁补偿调控及磁光功能响应研究、基于石英增强激光光谱 ppq 量级气体传感、电致变色纳米材料与大尺寸多功能器件、微纳结构红外热辐射光谱精确测量与系统评价、面向人机共融智能感知技术的柔性化解决方案等前沿方向作精彩报告,为与会者呈现了一场高水平的学术盛宴。
The conference consisted of two sessions: keynote presentations and parallel academic forums. The keynote session was co-hosted in segments by Professor Cai Guofa from Henan University and Professor Yuan Jingkun, Director of the Research Management and Experimental Equipment Department of Zhengzhou Advanced Research Institute of Harbin Institute of Technology. Seven experts delivered brilliant speeches successively on cutting-edge research directions, namely Professor Li Zhichao (Dean of Nanyang Oriental Optoelectronics Micro Research Institute), Professor Meng Hong (Executive Vice President of Henan Industrial Technology Research Institute of Flexible Electronics), Professor Song Bo from Harbin Institute of Technology, Professor Yu Kun from Henan Normal University, Professor Cai Guofa from Henan University, Associate Researcher Sun Haiyue from Harbin Institute of Technology, and Researcher Gao Jiuwei from AVIC Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. Their topics covered transparent radiative cooling thin-film technologies and devices, applications of quantum dot short-wave infrared detection technology in modern military systems, magnetic compensation regulation and magneto-optical functional response of rare-earth iron garnet single crystal thin films, ppq-level gas sensing based on quartz-enhanced laser spectroscopy, electrochromic nanomaterials and large-size multi-functional devices, precise measurement and systematic evaluation of infrared thermal radiation spectra of micro-nano structures, and flexible solutions for human-machine integrated intelligent perception technology, presenting attendees with a high-level academic feast.

During the parallel academic forums, young scholars delivered oral presentations on hot topics related to optics and machine vision. The venue witnessed intensive idea exchanges with a vibrant atmosphere, while online participants joined in active interactions, making the academic exchanges rich and rewarding.
