Prof. Jining Liu, Hunan Normal University, China

Jining Liu,p Ph.D., professor, Ph.D. supervisor, young backbone teacher of Hunan Province, assistant editorial board member of CAAI Transactions on of Intelligent Systems. He has long been engaged in the research of intelligent monitoring, modeling and optimal control of complex industrial processes, and has developed several sets of related intelligent monitoring systems, which have been successfully applied to complex industrial processes, such as lead-zinc flotation process and steel smelting process, with remarkable economic benefits. He has presided over 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 project of Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and co-chaired 1 key project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Guangdong Province Joint Fund) with other institute researchers. He has published more than 40 papers in international journals, such as IEEE T CYBERNETICS，IEEE T SYST MAN CY-S and IEEE TIM, and more than 20 papers in prestigious Chinese journals, such as Science China-Information Sciences and Acta Automatica Sinica. In addition, he has applied for more than 30 national invention patents, 8 of which have been granted.
